WHY USE CENTRAL COAST 3D PRINTING?

Central Coast 3D Printing can quickly and economically put parts in your hands. We pride ourselves on customer service and go to great lengths to provide the best solution possible, regardless of the size of the job. We can offer services from 3D designing your part right through to finishing and painting.

METHODS

We utilise FDM (filament) and DLP (resin) printers allowing us to offer a range of solutions which can be tailored to suit your requirements.

Our FDM print volumes range up to 40cm x 40cm x 45cm and 35cm x 50cm and can print a wide variety of plastic filaments including aerospace and engineering grade PEEK*, PEI*, PPSU*, PSU*, PPS*, PVDF*, PA (nylon)*,polycarbonate*, PP*, ABS, ASA, HIPS, and PETG, as well as PLA and flexible polymers (TPU, TPE, TPC, PCTPE).

Our resin printers can print parts up to 33cm x 18cm x 40cm with resolutions of 50um and layer heights down to 25um, utilising a range of resins exhibiting characteristics including clarity, toughness and fine detail.

MATERIALS

The materials we use are sourced from recognised global filament manufacturers including Form Futura, Colorfabb, 3DXtech, Taulman, Polymaker and TreeD.

We can recommend the appropriate material to use to suit your design requirements whether it be strength, UV or chemical resistance, food grade requirements, quality of surface finish or flexibility.

For applications that require superior stiffness and improved dimensional stability we can offer glass fiber reinforced filament or carbon fiber reinforced filament using high modulus carbon fiber.

We also offer filaments that are ESD-safe or flame retardant, as well as biomedical filaments for anatomical bone models and antibacterial/antimicrobial copper-based filament.
